Reservation |  Cancellation Policy 

Effective Date: 21st January 2027

1. The Travel Agent Payment must be received before the cut-off date mentioned at the time of booking, failing which, the reservation will be cancelled.

2. Cancellation of a reservation received 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 10% of the full amount

Cancellation of a reservation between the interval of 14 to 7 days will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the full amount

Cancellation of a reservation within 7 days prior to checkin will incur a cancellation charge of the full amount

(Except for the period 21 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, where it would be 21 days instead of 7).

Refund Policy

Amount received by the host will be transferred to the guest within 5-7 working days based on the cancellation policy.

The property is not responsible for any payment guest may have made through travel agents or OTA Platforms.

Refund will be made to Travel Agents within 5-7 workind days based on the cancellation policy.
